At Grinyer Interior Doors, our doors are robotically cut and go through a meticulous finishing process. Each door is fully sanded, minor blemishes are filled, and then re-primed. They are painted in our automated paint line by a professional in a controlled paint booth, ensuring a flawless, contaminant-free finish.
We use a special, durable paint designed for cabinetry and doors, not standard latex. Each coat is baked on in an infrared oven, providing a finish that is chemically stable, tougher, and long-lasting, ensuring your doors stand the test of time.
