What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners in person and/or virtually to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions

• Guide customers through the selection process for interior doors, closets, and organizing systems

• Use digital tools and visualizers to design and quote custom solutions

• Maintain strong knowledge of our product lines and installation process

• Provide outstanding customer service from initial contact through project completion

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installers to ensure seamless execution

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in retail sales, in-home sales, or customer service (home improvement or design sales is a bonus)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to client homes in the local area

• Proficient in English (French is not required)

• Comfortable using design software and digital quoting tools (training provided)

• Clean criminal background check

  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: Commission

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday

• Work Type: Combination of in-office, in-home visits, and some remote flexibility
